Starting to write again

After a long stretch of keeping to myself, I’m making space to write again, sticking my head above the parapet a bit more.

This site is here for the things I care about: people-first leadership, the ongoing shift to AI-native engineering, and the cultural choices that make teams genuinely good at their craft. I will be writing short posts when something nags at me enough to earn the time.
